Campbell Holt has an amazing array of fruiting trees (mostly deciduous and some evergreen) and vines/canes, with lovely descriptions so you know what to expect. He stocks many Heritage apple varieties. With his wife Tanya, he delivers to various locations in Melbourne and country Victoria, or you can pick up at their nursery. Bare-rooted trees can also be mailed. Orders are from late Autumn till the end of July.
